More About Me
Todd J. Alperin is a multi-million dollar real estate producer licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire with over 550 sales totaling more than $150 million since beginning his real estate career in 2004. As a seasoned professional, Todd joins Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, The Masiello Group with a wealth of experience as a top producing agent, accomplished manager, and former Broker/Owner. He launched into real estate after working in the financial industry where he worked with some of the most successful financial advisors in the country. His experience in the finance industry helped to sharpen his sales and marketing skills and gave him an understanding of financial markets that he uses in his work today.
Todd seeks to continually improve and learn new skills that will benefit his clients and agents. He has received numerous designations that include: Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB) (only 3% of Realtors have received this designation), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), and Loss Mitigation Counselor (LMC).

He is known for being available to his clients and giving a high-level of service to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction. Because of this, over 90% of his business is from referrals and repeat clients.
